To find the factors of thirty-six you may use rainbow factors. When using rainbow factors you always start with one and since you know one times thirty-six equals thirty-six you do that. So when you do it you put a one at the beginning and a thirty-six at the end.
Next you know that two times eighteen equals thirty-six you would put a two after the one and a eighteen behind the thirty-six. Next you would try three, and you know three times twelve equals thirty-six you would put the three in front of the two and the twelve behind the eighteen. You would follow this pattern until you got to a number you already put down and there is your factors of thirty-six!

When you are doing factors you are suppost to alwayse have 1 in your list so if 1 is first in 36 then 1*36=36. After that, you see if the number is even or odd. Then, you can put 2 in your factor list. You also multiply your numbers like…..we are doing 36.ok we are going to multiply 2*hmm ooh ya 2*18= 36. Then does 3 go in? Yes it does 12 times. 4goes in 9 times.5 doesn’t go in because the number does not end with 0 or 5.6goes in 6 times.7 doesnot go in 36.8 doesn’t go in eather.9,12, and 18 go in like I said.36 is the number so I alwayse goes at the end.

You can find the factors of 36 by multiplying numbers that either equal or that are close cause if they are close then you know that you need to go one higher or one lower than the number that you did last. You can also find the factors of 36 by multiplying 6* something to get 36 six. That’s a hint I gave you was that something *6 equals 36. Another hint is at the end of 36 theirs a six after 36 so you know it’s multiplied by 3 and 6.

The things you do to find the factors of 36 is to put one and then a coma space a little and then put 36 times 1=36. Then I putdown 2. Then 3 then 4 ,6 ,9 ,12 ,18 then 36 keep going on until there are no more.

1,2,3,4,6,9,12,18,36

You find the factors of 36 by going down the number line counting by ones, checking each number to see if it divides evenly into 36. After you find the factors you make a list using comas in between each number.

First you should use factor pairs like three times twelve =thirty six. When you are done finding all the factor pairs use all the numbers in the problems in order like one, two, and three.

First, you find out all the numbers you can that multiply by 36. Next, if you think you’ve already found all of the factors, you divide 36 by all of them. If there right, you then put them numerically.

To find the factors of 36 you should put 1 first because we always start with 1.Then, since 6 is an even number you would put 2. Next, you would put 3 because 3 plus 6 is 9 so since 9 is a multiple of 3 you would put three. You are going to put 4 next because 4*9 equals 36. You put 6 next because 6*6 equals 36 so you put 6. Put 9 next because remember 4*9 equals 36.

To find the factors of 36 you first start with the lowest number that can go into the36. 1 can go into every number so that’s the first factor. Then you go to 2 because that’s the next number, another thing is 2 can go into any even number and since 36 is even than you add 2 to the list. Then you go to 3 to do this number you can divide or multiply. To find it by dividing you divide 36 by 3 and if it has no remainder than it’s correct, and to multiply you guess numbers to see if you get the number than it’s a factor. To find the factors for any other number you do the same thing. Next you just keep going until you get to the number that is half of 36 because there is no more factors above the number that is half then you have all of the factors.

1. You know that 1 equals 36 so that’ll always be your first number.
2.The second number is 2 because ,2 equals any even number.
3.The third number is 3 you ,3 times 10 equals 30 so count 2 more times and you get 36
4.The fourth number is 6 , 6 times 6 equals 36.
5.The fifth number is 12 ,equals 36 because 12 times 3 equals 36
6.18 is also a factor 36 because 18 times 2 equals 36.
